On (les autorités) a accepté la manifestation d’Action française mais refusé celle des «pétainistes». Ce qui signifie que la prochaine fois on acceptera celle des «pétainistes». Juste pour ne pas déplaire…

Le «sale juive» que j’entends dans ce village de Vendée m’a glacé les sangs. Et j’ai immédiatement alerté les autorités juives, dont Benyamin Netanyahou de ces sales relents de nazisme, qui en fait et beaucoup de gens ne l’ont pas réalisé, ne s’est jamais vraiment arrêté et va sans doute reprendre.

Avec le programme Paperclip, les nazis qui avaient pu échapper aux mailles du filet se sont exilés aux Etats-Unis.

Ils ont travaillé aussitôt dans les agences de renseignements (FBI, CIA,…).  Ce sont eux entre autres qui ont conçu les programmes des agences de renseignements par lesquels nous sommes ciblés : MK ULTRA, COINTELPRO et TARGETED INDIVIDUALS.

Ce sont de sales programmes nazillons avec lesquels on espère faire taire toute velléité de rébellion et de vraie réflexion. Car qui réfléchit mieux que les grandes intellectuelles juives comme Simone Veil, Hannah Arendt, Simone Weil…

Mais les réseaux fascistes de la Terreur nouvelle ne veulent justement pas de réflexion et d’intelligence. Juste des personnes qui grâce à leurs œillères ne désirent pas aller plus loin que leur terroir. Ou alors des personnes qui auraient peur de déplaire et de se poser en une différence. Et ils exploitent les erreurs du passé qui ont fédéré tant de personnes suiveuses et obéissantes…

Pour les criminels du gang stalking, il faudrait que tout soit homogène et que la réalité du futur soit dans la continuité de ce qu’ils ont déjà gâché de la vie.

En fait, la vie tous ces gens l’exècrent et préfèrent une petite existence menue, et sans débords.

I want to give my testimony as a victim of an organized stalking gang. I
was targeted very young.
We noticed that the targeted people were very intelligent, sensitive,
creative, and owned real estate. Which is understandable since stalkers
also violate our thoughts and creations. Moreover, by harassing us, they
force us to sell our goods following an understandable exhaustion!
Edward Snowden, who had warned of the arrival of these brain invasion
techniques, had long warned of their dangers.
This network is close to the hardest right (neo-Nazis), it is mainly the
network of Alain SORAL (LE GAllou, Lesquen, Lallement, Dieudonné,
Opus Dei, etc.).
To which are added persons immediately interested in the use of these
invasive techniques that violate both body and mind: the world of porn,
which can thus rape remotely and provide by these methods of illicit
surveillance dozens of hours of online porn, and the most sordid fonts
that thus target different people (artists, activists) They could have
problems.
We have just deciphered recordings (2022) made outside the houses
(because they always have a relay in the joint ownership, essential for
certain harassment techniques) which clearly prove these two evidences:
there is a question of a porn boss (Bosco) and some fonts wanting to
learn about the various monitoring processes.
In addition, we also understood with these recordings that people related
to the world of disability were busy making voice to skull.
This woman specialized in stalking had created groups of hyperfascists
and without faith or law (mechanical Orange gender) who for their own
interest could kill, rape, threaten, etc.
We know that the stalking groups were made up of drug addicts,
ordinary prisoners, psychopaths, jealous and backward women. People
who had nothing in the first place and who could recover property.
As we were a very different family from the others both because of our
noble and distant Jewish origins and because of our attraction for culture
and intelligence, the population immediately took a dislike to us (we were
said to live in a castle when it was a hunting lodge…) and as we were
very blond we made everyone jealous.
I am the victim of this network of criminal moral harassment that
consists of trespassing without breaking into homes, successive and
unnecessary moves, theft, rape, sabotage, demolitions, trespassing of
harmful animals, soil poisoning, etc. It is not only certain people who are
targeted, but also certain families, for example because they own a lot of
real estate.
When I moved in 2008 to a residence in Paris 13th (8 rue Albert-Bayet,
staircase 28), I understood that some networks had made stalking a
business and that some people and families of Mortagne sur Sèvre (85)
area of the castle (Geffard, Ouvrard, Marot, Dixneuf, Hubert, Leblanc,
Maudet, Tostivint) participated since my childhood.
I then lived just above Alain Soral the fascist and his companion
Véronique Le Moullec (Rivière), who gets along very well with these
ordinary families mentioned above who become criminals out of
interest. To threaten me on a daily basis, they placed a Franco-American
woman in front of me, in league with all the American stalking networks
(Sheila Coren Tissot, on which I wrote Gang Stalking, which can be
found online in French and English).
In order to further harm myself, even though I had displeased her in the
residence of Paris 13e 8 rue Albert-Bayet, Véronique Le Moullec carried
out extensive investigations into me by stealing objects from my
apartment and went to the village of Vendée (Mortagne sur Sèvre) where
I lived from the age of 13 until I was 17 and a half when I fled to Paris
to study.
She realized that I had been preyed upon by jealous and perverse women
who had sworn my downfall and had placed me on a blacklist (including
women linked to the Traineau family…). They are often women directly
related to the police or in close contact with them. She has dealt with the
criminals in Vendée.
The rogue gendarmes of Mortagne sur Sèvre (Monsecour, Peres,
Fourrier, Marot, Arnoux, Chaigneau, etc.) covered their criminal acts by
calling on people from Didier Lallement’s network.
This phenomenon of criminal harassment is very present throughout the
world, with nuances depending on the country but what we despair is
this: those who held these weapons were previously in closed networks
but out of interest of some-They are now open networks and almost
anyone can now hold these weapons that are not lethal in the moment
but that can do irreparable damage and can obviously kill in the long
term. The picture that haunts me is this: a little Thai girl whose whole
swollen body and huge, microwave-sized head must suffer martyrdom…
Because of this woman and the stalking gang in all its forms that I
suffered I lost not only time and energy but also a lot of money because
I suffered all kinds of sabotage and this in all my places of residence. The
goal was indeed to weaken me both psychologically and materially.
In fact, one of the neighbours of that residence had said that some
people were very “strange”, and one of the owners clearly stated that this
was a demolition of a person, in this case me.
It started with moral harassment in all its forms : On-the-job harassment
by comments from people you meet, on buses with comments about my
clothes, my bag or my shoes, non-functioning the elevator when I arrive,
harassment in stores. Defamation, rumours, a string in the mailbox,
letters from credit agencies.
At the same time, I was the victim of a considerable stalking: followed in
the street, observed by lookalike of people in my entourage, harassment
by telephone…
I made complaints and handrails (I also stated that this person had a
“nuisance power”), and these people chased me after I moved I have
moved several times because of these absolutely filthy people, who
always find in the neighbourhood people they can buy, either by offering
them prostitutes, drugs or money. We see that people do not hesitate to
torture for interest.
This was the view of Nils Melzer, the UN special rapporteur, who saw
cybertorture in a global, socio-cultural context that fosters these acts.
He perfectly showed that Julian Assange is tortured and that he is under
voice to skull.
After moral harassment and stalking, they went on to electromagnetic
harassment with physical torture and voice to skull.
Torture consists of electronic torture in all its forms (burns, edema, etc.)
and voice to skull technology. For example, in 2021, we can try to get me
into the TGV with these directed energy weapons or threaten to drop
me if I put my heels back on.

When I was allowed to remove those boots, my leg was almost rotten.

victims of the same technologies, and went to meet Melanie Vritschan in
Brussels. We then founded Icator and drafted the most complete statutes
possible. Icator was born in 2016.
I then did a series of tests in Brussels and Stockholm thanks to Icator
which showed thanks to the results that we were also targeted by
multinationals for non-consensual experiments.
As for me, I have the names of the people who are targeting me,
including one who lives in New York and has several targets. Obviously,
the military and the police are involved, as well as mafia and criminal
networks.
The people who targeted me, this stalking gang criminal group,
somehow denounced themselves because they created files against me
from scratch when I was and I am totally innocent of any criminal act,
and they torture me.
These networks, through their criminal harassment, hope to recover
immovable property at low prices, works of art, women and men they
enslave.
These criminal networks do not leave traces, so it is very difficult to find
evidence against them, and they are always linked to corruption that
gangrenes different institutions. They operate thanks to these new
military technologies without showing up thanks to the complicity often
of retired soldiers and rogue police officers.
This phenomenon of criminal harassment is very prevalent around the
world.
This harassment is despicable because it affects the person physically and
morally.
I almost never sleep, I am awakened at any hour and these fascist
networks have torture software that can exert on the body all kinds of
damage and diseases, from digestive manifestations to the most atrocious
headaches. We understand that these are networks composed of sadists
and psychopaths.
I am not under the influence of any medication or disease.
However, it is the networks that target us that are mostly composed of
psychopaths.
Indeed, to engage in cybertorture, one must be completely insensitive to
the other and we know that the groups were composed among other
things of convicted offenders and criminals. It is for this reason that I
propose that the DSM be rendered obsolete and that we now consider a
crime nomenclature and no longer pathologies.
In addition, some networks use electromagnetic harassment to target
certain categories of the population, for example through racism.
Because I am a civil rights activist and have often written about the fact
that black activists have been murdered one after the other so that this
one global counterpower cannot be exercised, I am also targeted for that
reason.
I should point out that I continue my professional activity and that I
work in a large publishing group.
I am prepared to testify and give the names of the people and the places
where they operate.
I am against the death penalty, I am against prisons, but for criminals of
electromagnetic harassment, we should find a special, exemplary penalty.
What we are experiencing is indeed worse than barbarism.

J’aurais aimé pouvoir avoir les moyens d’acheter ce python coincé dans une des animaleries mais plusieurs raisons s’y opposent : les moyens financiers et les souris congelées qui me dégoûtent. Donc l’idée c’était de le mettre à chasser dans le jardin et de le rentrer le soir.

How else can you ever explain how someone can torture someone else? The idea, as I say in my text about this woman, is so IMPOSSIBLE TO THINK that I can’t think it. This is even truer when you consider what monstrous machinations lie behind it.

V2K is also known to be used to “lay the groundwork”. I mean the scientific groundwork. V2K serves to divert attention from the main motive for such targeting: transhumanism. Various Dr Moreaus use pharmaceutical industries and the bodies of victims for experiments (not directly: through what we could call « henchmen », and this is what the man who had stalked me in the dentist’s waiting room, told me in a roundabout way as he put on his plastic glove:

“I’m just a henchman.”). So the industries are observing this targeting to pass on their drugs; adulterated and expired drugs are spilling over into Africa, so we’re doing trials here now, on the targets.

Thus, V2K is used to keep the target as well as targeter waiting, while big shots take home the jackpot.
